Plans Bar & Grille
Hamilton resident Doug Rusch
has worked in several
restaurants in Central new
York and now he is planning
one of his own. He expects
work to begin soon on turning
Numero Uno restaurant and
the former Computers on
Hand building on Lebanon
Street into Rusch's Bar and
Grille.
Rusch said work ought to begin
shortly. He is hopeful it will
open in September.
Plans call for the two buildings
to become one, said Rusch. The
bar will be set up in the middle
of what now is Numero Uno
and the kitchen expanded.
Rusch's Bar and Grille will have
a casual dining menu similar to
the Syracuse area sports bar,
Tully's. It will also have a strong
emphasis on sports. Rusch said
there will be 17 televisions
showing sporting events
delivered by satellite.
